Calle Caldereria Nueva y Caldereria Vieja are two streets close to Calle Elvira. Lined with Teahouses and cous cous restaurants, Take time to stop off here for a Fresh Mint Tea or delicious baklava pastries.You could also try one of the fruit flavoured hookah pipes too.
Along here are lots of colourful shops, the walls of the street are heaving with leather goods, sequinned babouche slippers and colourful lamps.
Look out for the Halaal Butchers, the Tea shop Natura Morisca to get high quality teas or Restaurant Arrayanes, just off on a side street called Cuesta Marañas.
This bustling street leads up into the Albayzin if you walk up the hill past the church and is one of the more lively places in the city as it is so close to Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral.
